Delivery and Returns
- Deliveries are not guaranteed if we are not supplied with the correct address and contact phone number of the recipient.
- Standard delivery times frames are within 4 hours of placing the order on the same day unless specified differently.
- Deliveries may be affected due to bad weather and traffic conditions. In the event this may occur, we will notify you as soon as we are able to contact you.
- In the event an ordered item cannot be fulfilled and/or is not available, we will notify you as soon as we are able to contact you.
- You will receive an email confirmation and a receipt after successful completion of your purchase - containing your order details.
- If you have a query regarding your delivery or think of further details we should know, please contact us immediately on 02 9386 9796.
- By using our delivery service, you agree that our drivers will use their professional judgment to decide whether the flowers can be left safely at the address provided if there is no one physically there to receive them.
- We take no responsibility for the flowers once the delivery has been made.
- If we attempt delivery and it has been unsuccessful, a second delivery charge will apply for return to Delucas and/or a re-attempt or re-direction to another address. You will be notified immediately if this occurs. You will also have the option for the flowers to be collected from Delucas once returned.
- If the flowers have been left with concierge/security/loading dock personnel, we are not liable for the flowers from this point.
- We deliver flowers within the Sydney metropolitan area.
- Shipping costs are calculated by location and which delivery option you choose - 2 hours, 4 hours, or all day.
- Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.
- If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you immediately.
INTERSTATE AND INTERNATIONAL
- We are part of a floral relay service called Petals.
- Although we offer this service, we can recommend florists for interstate deliveries. Speaking directly to the interstate or international florist is the best way to order from them.
