Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery times are between 9am-5pm for Business addresses and 9am-7pm (Sydney time) for residential addresses for orders placed prior to 1pm on the same day, unless specified otherwise. Weekend deliveries our cut off time for same day delivery is 11:00 AM (Sydney time).
Weather and Traffic Conditions: Deliveries may be affected by bad weather and traffic conditions, and the company will notify customers as soon as possible.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered item is unavailable, the company will notify customers as soon as possible.
Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation and receipt after successful completion of their purchase.
Delivery Instructions: If customers have special delivery instructions, they should contact Deluca's Florist directly.
Liability: The company takes no responsibility for flowers once they have been delivered. If a delivery is unsuccessful, a second delivery charge will apply for return to the store or re-attempt or re-direction to another address.
Concierge/Security/Loading Dock Delivery: If customers give permission for flowers to be left with concierge/security/loading dock personnel, the company is not liable for the flowers from that point on.
Delivery Area: The company delivers flowers within the Sydney metropolitan area only.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated by delivery location and are shown in the shopping cart.
Interstate and International Deliveries: The company uses a floral relay service called Interflora for interstate and overseas deliveries.
