Delivery and Returns

Deliveries are not guaranteed if we are not supplied with the correct address and contact phone number of the recipient. Standard delivery times frames are within 4 hours of placing the order on the same day, unless specified different. Deliveries may be affected due to bad weather and traffic conditions. In the event this may occur, we will notify you as soon as we are able to contact you.
In the event an ordered item cannot be fulfilled and/or is not available, we will notify you as soon as we are able to contact you.You will receive an email confirmation and a receipt after successful completion of your purchase - containing your order details.If you have a query regarding your delivery or think of further details we should know, please contact us immediately on 0423 813 793.
By using our delivery service, you agree that our drivers will use their professional judgement to decide whether the flowers can be left safely at the address given provided if there is no one physically there to receive them. We take no responsibility for the flowers once the delivery has been made. If we attempt a delivery and it has been unsuccessful, a second delivery charge will apply for return to Deluca's and/or a re attempt or re direction to another address. You will be notified immediately if this occurs.

If we are given permission for the flowers to be left with concierge/security/loading dock personnel, we will not be liable for the flowers from this point on.

We deliver flowers within the Sydney metropolitan area. Shipping costs are calculated by delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you immediately.


We are part of a floral relay service called Petals. Although we offer this service, we can recommend florists for interstate deliveries. Speaking directly to the interstate or international florist is the best way to order from them.
