Fresh flowers are perishable and a flowers life span is dependant on the variety, season, environment and care.

You can generally expect your flowers to last 3-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

Please choose products carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong decision.

No refund will be made if we are not supplied with the correct delivery details when a delivery is unsuccessful.

Steps that will help your flowers last as long as possible -

• Prepare your vase with fresh water. Ensure the vase is clean

• Stems are to be cut on a sharp angle 

• Always keep an eye on the water level and change the water completely with washed vase every 2 days

• Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight.

• Keep the flowers away from drafts and air conditioning

Any dissatisfaction with the quality or freshness of our flowers need to be communicated to our team within 24 hours of purchase from our store or delivery.

To assist us in quality control, we request the original flowers to be brought to our store within 24 hours of purchase.

Images are not acceptable.

If this is not possible, we can arrange to collect the original flowers from your home for a pick up charge.

Unfortunately we cannot replace the flowers if the original flowers are disposed of.

Any given refunds will be processed via the same method of original payment only.

No exceptions.

Electronic refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.
